Biblioteca Morra Greco

Fondazione Morra Greco presents Biblioteca Morra Greco, a library of contemporary art in the premises of Palazzo Caracciolo di Avellino.

Biblioteca Morra Greco is an unfinished collection of exhibition catalogues, monographs, critical and theoretical writings and artists’ books, an outcome of Maurizio Morra Greco’s research and of his longtime experience in contemporary art.
Artists, gallerists, institutions, publishing houses and other collectors, they all contribute to constantly expand its catalogue.
The library holds around a thousand books, documenting contemporary art, both international and Italian, from the post-war period onwards, and it is still in progress.

Biblioteca Morra Greco complements the activities of Fondazione Morra Greco, an institution devoted not only to producing, showing and preserving artworks, but also to creating a space for research and divulgation of contemporary culture.

Biblioteca Morra Greco is accessible to everyone.
