The Foundation adopts a management model based on the active participation of the Campania Region, which sits on the Board of Directors with an equal number of representatives, constituting a unique example within the national contemporary art landscape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Board of Directors serves a four-year term and consists of the President of the Foundation and four other members; two are designated by the President of the Foundation and two by the President of the Regional Government (or their appointee).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
