Civiltà del Digitale

La visione del domani secondo i giovani

15.10.2025 \\

On October 15, 2025, starting at 3:00 PM, Fondazione Morra Greco will host the event Civiltà del Digitale, organized in collaboration with Futuri Probabili – Association for the Development of Human Capital, chaired by Luciano Violante.

The initiative is entirely dedicated to young people and their role in building a more conscious, inclusive, and participatory digital future.

The goal of the event is to give space to the visions, expectations, and experiences of the new generations, promoting a dialogue between art, education, and the digital world. Within this framework, the Italian premiere of the video installation Futuri Probabili will be presented. The work was previously exhibited at the Italy Pavilion of Expo Osaka, as part of the international exhibition Designing Future Society for Our Lives.

The installation features the faces, voices, and thoughts of around 40 young people from diverse backgrounds. For the occasion, new interviews will be recorded with the young audience in attendance, as part of the Futuri Probabili project. Students from Suor Orsola Benincasa University (Pedagogy of Organizations and Communication and Digital Cultures courses) and the Academy of Fine Arts in Naples (Department of Visual Arts, coordinated by Prof. Rino Squillante) will also take part. The result is a collective and immersive narrative that explores the relationship between present and future through a deeply human and critical lens on a rapidly changing world.

The event also marks the relaunch of the EDI Global Forum network—an international platform promoted by Fondazione Morra Greco to develop new educational models based on accessibility, participation, and the integration of artistic languages with digital tools. Within this broader framework lies the work of the embodied education research group, led by Prof. Maria D’Ambrosio, which explores a sensitive and performative pedagogy that values the bodily, relational, and creative dimensions of learning, also through digital means.

Event Program

  • 3:00 PM – Screening of the Video Installation
On the third floor of Palazzo Caracciolo di Avellino, visitors will be able to experience Futuri Probabili, a multimedia installation that projects the testimonies of the young participants in large format, offering an immersive and engaging experience.
  • Listening Workshop – A Participatory “Behind the Scenes”
Following the screening, the backstage of the video installation will be transformed into an active listening workshop. Participants will have the opportunity to take part in the creation of new interviews, experiencing first-hand the creative process behind the project.
  • 5:30 PM – Final Conversation: Art, Education, and the Future
The event will conclude with an open discussion on the relationship between art, education, and digital culture. Speakers will include Luciano Violante, Maria D’Ambrosio, and Rino Squillante, along with students and young participants, engaging in a collective dialogue that will officially relaunch the activities of the EDI Global Forum. The conversation will close with a final address by President Luciano Violante.

Civiltà del Digitale is an invitation to imagine and build, together with the new generations, a digital culture rooted in creativity, awareness, and active participation.
